Lean in the public sector conference - EGLC 10 special

From December 9 – 11 the Institute for Technology and Management in Construction will host the 3rd Lean in Public Sector Conference. The first two had been organized by the P2SL at Berkeley by Glenn Ballard and Iris Tommelein. Only a few Europeans could make it there. Hence, Glenn Ballard had the idea to organize the third meeting in Europe.

 

Experts for Alliancing, Lean Construction, and the Integrated Form of Agreement will come together, present, and discuss at the “Lean in the Public Sector“ conference. On the first day there will a seminar on Lean in general, and on the second day seminars on the Integrated Form of Agreement  and Alliancing. The third day will be a workshop with practical examples from the USA, Europe, and Australia offered by persons directly involved in the projects. Technical visits will be offered during the preceding three days, and some tourism will be organized for the weekend after the meeting.
